Additional Terms
We cannot accept vendors promoting or selling violence, weapons, tobacco products, vapes, or pornographic materials. Vendor acceptance is at the sole discretion of the event producers. Any vendor that paid a fee for a vendor spot that is not accepted will be refunded in full.
In-Kind / Donation Sponsorship
Contribute food, drinks, decor, or goodies for participants — all with your name on it, front and center. Your contribution is also featured across our digital promotions. Bigger in-kind gets bigger benefits: sponsoring drinks for the whole event, for example, can unlock corporate sponsor-level perks.
